Cassie teaches leaders and organizations how to design and implement successful change. She is a highly experienced organizational development consultant and executive coach. An author, teacher, speaker, and consultant, she applies system-level thinking from multiple disciplines to address complex client problems.
For sixteen years, Cassie was a senior consultant at CFAR, a Philadelphia-based consulting firm which originated at The Wharton School. From 2004-2007, she was the leader of the firm’s Health Care Systems practice.
Cassie established The New Group Consulting in 2007 to focus on helping leaders transform their organizations.
Cassie has an undergraduate degree in Organizational Behavior from Yale University and an MBA in Operations Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Her approach to consulting skillfully blends qualitative and quantitative analytics, organizational dynamics and the human impact of change.
When Cassie isn’t wrestling with organizational change, she loves to travel with her family and to cook with friends at her home in Northeast Harbor, Maine. Her two favorite national parks are Acadia and Glacier.
